HONEY HEALTH BREAD 
5 tsp. dry yeast
5 c. lukewarm water
1 c. oil
1 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
8 c. whole wheat flour
8 c. white flour

(Proportions of whole wheat to white flour can be changed to taste). Soften yeast in warm water. Add rest of ingredients. Adjust amount of flour if necessary to knead. Let rise to double in bulk. Knead and put in 4 large loaf pans. Let rise to double. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
