EASY MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 lb. sifted confectioners' powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/3 c. evaporated or reg. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl, combine sugar and cocoa. Add milk. Place butter on top. Microwave 2-3 minutes on high until butter melts. Stir in vanilla and nuts mixing until well blended. Spread into 8 inch square pan. Allow to cool. Cut into squares. Yields about 64 (1 inch) squares.

Tip: Fudge will cool in about 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
