12 oz. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 c. pecans
5 c. mini marshmallows

Melt chips in pan; add milk and heat to boil. Remove from heat. Add pecans and marshmallows. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
