FUDGE CHOCOLATE DROPS 
2 c. (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate pieces
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. rum extract
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1 1/2 cups chocolate pieces, unsweetened chocolate and butter. Cool slightly. Stir in sugar, rum and egg. Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Stir in remaining 1/2 cup chocolate pieces and walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1/2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies will be soft. Cool completely before handling.
