EASY LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (30 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce 1 sm. pkg. Philly cream cheese 1 or 2 pkg. 3 c. mozzarella Parmesan cheese Lasagna noodles (uncooked 9) 1/3-1/2 (30 oz.) jar of water Brown ground beef. Remove grease. Melt Philly cheese in the beef then stir in spaghetti sauce. In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan put a very very thin layer of sauce mixture. Layer noodles next to each other the layer sauce mozzarella (however cheesy you want it) then another layer of the same. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Then pour water on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes then uncover, bake 15 minutes longer to brown. If it is still a little watery leave it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. |
