SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. Italian sausage
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 c. water
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Cook spaghetti, drain. Add to spaghetti while it is still warm the eggs and cheese. Put in 10-inch pie plate. Saute onion in butter and add to sour cream, then add this to spaghetti mixture on top. Remove sausage from casing and cook, drain and add tomato paste and water. Cook 10 minutes. Pour on top of spaghetti mixture. Place in oven, 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Then add cheese and return to oven to melt. Serves 6.

This can be frozen, but do not add cheese until ready to cook. The Italian sausage can be a mixture of half hot and mild.
