HONEYED CHICKEN 
2 frying chickens
Flour
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. half and half
1 lg. green pepper
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimento strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Dredge chicken parts in flour. Place in oblong baking pan. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly browned. Pour honey over chicken and return to oven. Saute green pepper cut into strips and mushrooms until crisp tender. Place over chicken with the pimento strips. Pour half and half over all. Bake uncovered until tender. Good with rice pilaf. Serves 6 to 8.
