CASSEROLE ITALIANO 
1 lb. beef, ground
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 med. clove garlic, minced
1/2-1 tsp. oregano
1 c. (4 oz.) process cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. water
2 c. cooked wide noodles

Brown beef with onion, garlic and seasonings. Combine beef mixture with soup, water and noodles. Place in casserole and place cheese around edge. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
