BARBECUE HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, diced
Celery
Green pepper

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the ground chuck with the vegetables, drain. Add the sauce ingredients, cover and simmer slowly for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
