HAMBURGER BARBEQUE 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Heat oil in large skillet over moderate heat. Add onion and meat, cook stirring occasionally with fork until meat is browned; stir in salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine ketchup, relish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder. Blend well, add to meat, blend well and cook until heated. Serve on toasted buns.
