FRESH TOMATO CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix with pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. finely chopped fresh tomatoes, unpeeled
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat well. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, sprinkle sifted 10X sugar. (It tastes like a cherry cake/red tomato skins in it.)
