BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayo.
1/2 c. milk
1 stack ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Cook broccoli and place in bottom of casserole dish. Mix soup, cheese, eggs, mayo and milk together and pour over broccoli. Crumble crackers, and add melted butter. Put on top of casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 45 mins.
