SAND DABS 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts
4 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pinch off bits of dough and roll about size of a finger. Bake 40-45 minutes in oven preheated to 325. Roll in powdered sugar.
