TURKEY CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked turkey chunks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 c. frozen green peas
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
2/3 c. chopped toasted almonds

Combine all ingredients except the last three in large baking dish. Top with cheese, chips and nuts. Cover and keep in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Bake at 400 degrees 20-30 minutes.

If you're not sure your dish can go from cold to hot without cracking let it sit out a while and put it in a cold oven and heat gradually as oven heats. I heat it uncovered part of the time.
