PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 bananas
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Bake cake mix as on box. Poke holes in cake with fork. Boil pineapple and sugar 5 minutes. Cool and pour over cake. Mix pudding as on box and let set. Then beat in cream cheese until smooth; spread over cooled cake. Slice bananas on cake; cover with Cool Whip. sprinkle nuts and coconut over top of cake. Refrigerate.
