FISH WITH COUSCOUS 
1 c. couscous
1 can of soup (cabbage works nicely)
1 lb. fish fillet (any type)
10 oz. pkg. frozen vegetable

Cook soup as usual. Put couscous into same pot and follow directions. Layer couscous in baking dish. Put fish next and then put garlic powder and pepper to taste. Continue to layer until couscous finishes on top. Add 1/4 cup water and bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Let set for an hour before serving for best flavor. Great leftovers. Serve with broccoli stalks or asparagus.
