SCALLOP ENTREE 
1 lb. scallops
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. honey
White vermouth
10 saltine crackers

Rinse and drain scallops. Arrange in dishes and sprinkle with vermouth. Melt honey and butter. Pour 1/2 of mixture over scallops. Crush crackers and put over scallops. Pour remaining honey and butter over scallops.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes.
