DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Cook eggs and let cool. Then slice eggs lengthwise, removing the yolks. Mix yolks with the other ingredients, then spoon in egg yolk mixture in egg whites.
