DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Halve eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Refill egg whites. Chill. Trim with pimento strips or sliced olives. Sprinkle with paprika.

Pickled salad cubes or onions may also be added.
