BUTTERMILK CORNBREAD 
1 1/3 c. flour (all-purpose)
2/3 c. cornmeal (yellow)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. butter, melted & cooled
1 egg, slightly beaten

Butter an 8 inch baking pan. In large bowl stir together first 6 ingredients. In another bowl stir together buttermilk, butter and egg.
