BUTTERMILK CORNBREAD 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients and let stand 20 minutes. Pour into Pam sprayed loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serving: 1 inch slice.
