OATMEAL BUTTERMILK CORNBREAD 
3/4 c. flour
1 c. oats
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, beaten

Mix dry ingredients together. Add moist ingredients. Mix together until moistened. Do not over mix. Bake in 8"x8" or 9"x9" greased pan at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
