SIMPLE SPAGHETTI | |
1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 lb. ground beef 16 oz. tomato sauce 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dried parsley 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. pepper Optional: 1 1/2 c. water, 4 oz. uncooked spaghetti Brown ground beef in vegetable oil. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. This makes sauce only. Water and broken uncooked spaghetti may be added before simmering covered for spaghetti with sauce mixed. |
