PECAN PETITES 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Confectioners' sugar

Cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Stir in nuts. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly; roll in confectioners' sugar. Approximately 3 dozen.
