PEPPERIDGE FARM SOUFFLE LOAF 
16 slices white Pepperidge Farm bread, crusts removed
Old English cheese
Baked ham, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Butter 8 slices bread and place in 9 x 12-inch buttered baking dish. Top with slices of Old English cheese. Layer chopped baked ham. Top with 8 slices of bread.

Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour in baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.

When ready to bake, top with cornflakes mixed with butter. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
