PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
13/4 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. maple syrup or 2 tbsp. honey
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Cream butter well. Add sugar slowly, creaming until light. Slowly stir in syrup, eggs, vanilla and 1 cup pecans. Pour into shell. Top with rest of pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
