ENCHILADAS 
1 pkg. Schilling enchilada mix
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Block Monterey Jack
Block Cheddar
8 oz. tomato sauce
Flour shells
Sour cream, optional
Pace salsa

Brown hamburger, drain. Salt, pepper and chili pepper to taste. Follow directions for sauce on back of package. Put a little bit of sauce in the hamburger and some Pace salsa. Shred the cheese both blocks and put a little of each in hamburger.

Put hamburger in shells. Roll like enchiladas. Pour sauce over the top (put in cake pan). Make sure they are all covered with sauce. Then put shredded cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
