E-Z MACARONI AND CHEESE 
12 oz. elbow macaroni
12 oz. sharp or extra sharp block of cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Milk

Cook macaroni according to instructions on box. Drain. Pour cold water over to keep from sticking together. Lightly grease baking casserole dish. Put 1/3 of cooked macaroni in bottom of dish. Cover with 1/2 cubed cheese. Layer 1/3 macaroni, top with 1/2 cubed cheese; then remaining macaroni on this, covering with bread crumbs, then Parmesan cheese. Dot with small cubes of butter on top (this makes crunchy topping of casserole). Slowly pour milk down sides of casserole, filling it almost to top. Bake at 350 degree oven uncovered for about 1 hour. Serve hot. Delicious and easy.
