MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. cooked macaroni
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer cooked macaroni alternately with grated cheese in one quart oven proof casserole. Beat eggs with milk and pour over macaroni-cheese mixture. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until custard is set and top is crispy brown. Yields four servings.
