STROGANOFF PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. catsup
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Brown ground beef and onions; drain off fat. Combine sour cream, soup, milk, salt and catsup. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake at 375 degrees until bubbly. Place biscuits around edge and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
