TAHITIAN BRUNCH CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Banana cake mix
3/4 c. water
3 eggs
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserving liquid
1/4 c. pineapple liquid
1/2 c. nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch angel food tube pan. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan for 25 minutes; invert onto serving plate. Cool completely.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. pineapple liquid

In small bowl, blend glaze ingredients until smooth. Spoon over top of cake allowing some to run down sides. Makes 16 servings.
