CROCKPOT BAR-B-QUE 
5-7 lb. venison (pork can be used)
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
Pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1 to 1/2 c. vinegar (depends on amount of meat)
1 bottle Krafts original recipe barbecue sauce (thick & spicy)
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
