RUSSIAN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 #2 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix all of the above cake ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan, that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes and cool before icing.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Spread on cool cake.
