TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
4 c. diced apples
8 oz. can pineapple (juice only)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped salted peanuts
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
8 oz. container Cool Whip

Mix flour, sugar, pineapple juice, eggs and vinegar in saucepan. Simmer to thicken. Let cool. Mix: Cool Whip into mixture. Add: apples and peanuts. Chill and serve.
