DISHPAN COOKIES 
2 c. white sugar
2 c. oil
4 eggs
4 c. cornflakes
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. salt
Optional: nuts, dates, raisins, M & M's

Mix together well in very large bowl or dishpan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 11 minutes, until edges are brown. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.

A walnut size ball of dough on cookie sheet 3 inches apart yields approximately 12 dozen cookies 3 inches in diameter. Make them bigger if you wish. If dough becomes too dry, add just enough water to work with.
