HAMBURGER STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. dairy sour cream Hot buttered noodles In skillet brown ground beef. Add onion; cook until tender but not brown. Drain off excess fat. Add salt, paprika and dash pepper; stir in cream of mushroom soup. Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream. Heat, but do not boil. Serve meat sauce over hot buttered noodles. Makes 4-6 servings. |
