SPRING FRUIT SALAD | |
3 bananas 1 c. blueberries 1 pt. strawberries 1 lb. seedless grapes 1 pineapple Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. brown sugar, loosely packed Cut bananas into can size. Wash blueberries and drain well. Wash strawberries, hull, and thickly slice. Wash and de-stem grapes. Cut wedges of pineapple from rind. Place fruit in large bowl and toss with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until serving time. |
