SPRING GARDEN SALAD 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. sliced green pepper
1/4 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried tarragon

Combine vegetables in large bowl.

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with vegetables.
