3 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla and oil; mix well. Then add dry ingredients. Blend well. Add nuts, stir, then fold in grated zucchini. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Pour in 2 well greased bread loaf pans.
