CLARK BARS 
1/2 c. water
1 c. Karo syrup
1 3/4 c. sugar

Don't grease cookie sheet. Don't stir while cooking. Bring above ingredients to a boil. Cook to 300 degrees. Spread 18 ounce jar peanut butter on cookie sheet. When syrup is cooked pour over peanut butter. Fold in quickly and flatten. Cut into strips. Can be coated with chocolate or not. Must work fast while syrup is hot.
