3/4 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. salad oil
4 cloves garlic or powder or minced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (vary to taste)

Combine all ingredients and marinate meat several hours at room temperature.
