BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. round steak, beef or venison
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 clove chopped garlic
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (liquid optional)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Cut meat in 1/2 inch cubes and roll in flour. Brown meat in fat, add chopped ingredients. Add sauces. Simmer. Add sour cream at the end. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
