EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lb. stewing beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. 7-Up
1 can (4 oz.) drained mushrooms
1 1/2-2 c. sour cream

Mix above ingredients except for sour cream in a large greased casserole or roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Remove from oven and add sour cream. Serve on rice or noodles. Serves 6-8.
