POLYNESIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops 3/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. shortening
Salt & pepper
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
1 green pepper cut in strips
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce

Brown chops in skillet in shortening; drain excess fat. Season chops with salt and pepper. Combine pineapple and juice, green pepper, and Heinz 57 sauce; pour oven chops. Cover; simmer 50 to 60 minutes or until tender. Serve with sauce over chops.
