SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. scallops, sliced
1 can deveined shrimp or fresh
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 1/2 to 2 c. soda crackers, crushed
1-2 c. bread, broken into pieces
1 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 c. cream, mixed with 1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter, cooled

Combine seafoods. Mix crackers and bread crumbs. Place alternate layers of seafood, crumbs, and cheese in buttered 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish, having crumbs and cheese on top. Add salt and pepper. Pour cream and butter over top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 50- 60 minutes.
