BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage in skillet; drain.

Separate rolls into 4 rectangles and place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Press over bottom. Seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Kids love this!
