BROCCOLI AND CHEESE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked as directed on pkg.
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
25 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Drain broccoli. Mix crackers and butter to make crumbs. Layer broccoli, crumbs, and cheese with the last being crumbs and cheese in a greased casserole dish. Microwave until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
