PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. rice, uncooked
1 egg
1 onion, cut fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. water
1 can tomato soup

Mix first 5 ingredients together and make into meatballs. Put in a pan and then pour a can of tomato soup and water over meatballs and bake until rice is done, 2 or 3 hours at 350 degrees.
