4 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
4 slices American cheese

Heat last 4 ingredients in saucepan stirring until smooth. Pour over broccoli in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbles through.
