CLOUD BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk

Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Add egg and milk. Stir until dough follows fork around the bowl. Knead on floured board. Roll dough and cut out biscuits. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 14 minutes or until brown as desired.
